Adjacent and overlooking the pool is a formal dining room with seating for 12, with double doors opening to the pool and patio.  The spacious formal living room has a gas fireplace.  The first floor bedroom has a full-sized bed, 48" flat screen, and gas fireplace.  Across the hall is a half bath.
The King Master Suite is located at the rear of the house with its own entrance, and comprises the whole "in-between levels" floor.  It features a vaulted ceiling with fan, a gas fireplace, 48" flat screen, and designer bathroom with soaking tub, shower and dual sinks.  It can be accessed by a private stairway from the kitchen.
On the second floor are three ensuite bedrooms.  Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, 36" flat screen, a tiled shower with bench, and a claw foot soaking tub.  Bedroom #3 also has a queen bed and 36" flat screen; it features a tiled glass shower.  Bedroom #4 has two twin beds and a tub/shower combo.  The laundry room is located on the second floor, and there are two sitting areas on the hall.
The lower level media room has a comfy sectional sofa for viewing the 48" flat screen.  There is a mini-fridge, bar, and a dishwasher here, and the pool table converts to a ping pong table.  A half bath and second laundry room completes the floor.
The 12' x 26' pool is heated to a comfortable 80 degrees, and there is a $200. pool allowance if higher temperatures are desired.  The bluestone patio area surrounding the pool has six chaise lounges, teak dining furniture for eight, a gas grill, outdoor shower, and expansive grassy lawn.  A high privet hedge assures privacy.
